Integrated Fitness has been in operation since 2014, and has been built with a focus on three well-rounded values: Performance, Rehabilitation and Wellness. Our goal as a company is to integrate these values into the hectic lives of all of our clients in the most convenient, non-invasive way. We believe that health and fitness can be modelled around an individual’s lifestyle, which is why our trainers will emphasize functional movements used in activities of daily living. This includes training proper range of motion, practicing pain free musculoskeletal movements, and promoting a healthier body shape and size.

BSc. Kinesiology, CSEP CPT, ISSA Specialist in Sport Nutrition
I completed my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in the Spring of 2014, earning my CSEP CPT designation during that time. Ever since, I have been enjoying my career as a kinesiologist and mobile personal trainer; all while integrating as much physical activity into my life as possible.
My background and previous experience has allowed me to hone the skills required to make physical activity and fitness as accessible and convenient for individuals as possible. I believe that limited time, access to resources or level of comfort should never prevent someone from participating in these pursuits. I enjoy finding solutions to these barriers for my clients, whether it be by helping them find time to work out despite their busy schedule or planning bodyweight exercises that can be performed without equipment, in the comfort of their own home.
My goal is to help you achieve yours; doing so by utilising functional movements that will become staples in your fitness routine, as well as important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
